Activity and instructor surveys

Surveys are provided for many learning activities and course instructors. These surveys are completed within the third party Survey Gizmo application, where the person data is anonymized. Survey results are stored in SkillsBuild and used for managing learning programs and for improving the quality of our learning offerings. PI is processed about who submitted a given survey and learning activity instructor ratings.

Learner actions

Learner actions and choices when interacting with the SkillsBuild platform are stored and analyzed via reports. These reports are used to measure the effectiveness of our platform and to improve the user experience.

Learner comments/ratings

Learner feedback on learning activities is collected to improve the quality of our learning offerings.

Learning activity recommendations

Recommendations are calculated from profile and learning data and then presented on the SkillsBuild platform. These recommendations assist learners in selecting learning activities that support their ongoing career development.
